The Beaman Home is a non-profit agency that provides 24-hour, 7 days a week protection and respite care to victims of spouse/partner abuse and their minor children. Shelter services include a 24-hour crisis line, emergency shelter, food, closhing, counceling, transportation, social service, community referrals, and a child enhancement program.
The Beaman Home also offers outreach services which include court and hospital advocacy, professional training, open-ended support groups to victims, and abuser referral accepting voluntary or court referrals. Services are provided free of charge. All information is confidential.
The Kosciusko County Shelter for Abuse, Inc., provides employment and services to clients without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, or other status applicable by law. Project funded by a Federal Family Violence Grant.
